Melissa Shelton, D.C.
I became a Chiropractor because I had a WONDERFUL Chiropractor that changed my life. While I was in college, I was in a terrible car accident. I was seriously injured from the accident and after several years taking the "medical" route (which included medications, shots, and surgeries) my orthopedic surgeon looked at me and said "Why don't you try a Chiropractor?"
Dr. Kenny Fields in Stillwater OK was my Chiropractor. After a long treatment plan, I was able to walk without my leg braces and function on a daily basis without pain, something that had not happened for the two years since my accident. I knew, I needed to be a Chiropractor after what Dr. Fields had done for me.
After graduation from OSU, I was accepted into Chiropractic College and as they say the rest is history!
We strive to be the best for our patients at all times. It is my passion and it is always my promise to take care of our patients to the best of our ability. Meet Jessica, your dedicated chiropractic assistant and office manager at Dr. Shelton's practice. With over nine years of experience by Dr. Shelton's side, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every patient interaction.
Jessica is a passionate chiropractic assistant at Global Chiropractic Plano/Frisco. With a deep-rooted enthusiasm for her role, she is committed to providing exceptional care and support to patients on their wellness journey.
Jessica has a genuine concern for patients' well-being. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their health. Outside of the office, Jessica cherishes her role as a wife and mother to two wonderful children. She finds joy in spending quality time with her family, especially during the summer months when they can be found enjoying the serenity of the lake. Jessica also has a love for literature and can often be found with a good book in hand on the weekends.
